Dal titolo del post si potrebbe pensare ad un gioco di parole mal riuscito (ed in effetti lo è), ma questa ricettina semplice semplice per i biscotti al tè al momento è al vertice della mia personale classifica di dolci autunnali.
L’impasto è classico: burro, farina e zucchero. Ad aggiungersi però è il tè, ovviamente in foglie e scelto in base ai gusti personali.
La mia scelta è ricaduta su Winter in Løv di Løv Organic (il brand biologico di Kusmi Tea), un melange particolare ma dal sapore avvolgente, perfetto per le giornate fredde dell’autunno e dell’inverno. La miscela è molto particolare: si tratta di tè nero, mandorle, cannella, zenzero, liquirizia e cacao. Ecco la ricetta: fatemi sapere i vostri risultati!
Biscotti al tè
- 100 g burro
- 70 g zucchero di canna
- 160 g farina autolievitante
- 1 cucchiaio tè in foglie
- Sciogliere il burro e sbatterlo con lo zucchero (io l’ho fatto a mano con la frusta).
- Aggiungere la farina e il tè ed impastare con le mani, fino ad ottenere una texture omogenea.
- Infornare per nel forno preriscaldato a 170°, in modalità non ventilata, per 15 minuti.
- Lasciare raffreddare e servire.
