Abitando ai confini del mondo, mi è spesso difficile partecipare ad eventi, soprattutto a causa dei costi eccessivi di Trenitalia. Un esempio? Pordenone – Milano 80 €, che diventano più di 90 € se si sceglie il biglietto flessibile. Insomma, robe da pazzi.
Ricevuto però l’invito di Ladybird House per il primo CND Manicure & Manicure Fashion Fushion Workshop non ho potuto resistere, trattandosi del marchio per unghie che preferisco in assoluto (chi mi segue su Twitter l’avrà capito ormai da mesi!).
La giornata si è svolta tra lezioncine, test e prove manuali, durante le quali le bravissime manicuriste Debora Mara Piazza e Brunella Russo ci hanno spiegato passo passo come si esegue una manicure perfetta, mentre le PR Katia Calabrò e Alessia Massimi ci hanno raccontato un po’ la storia di CND e Ladybird. Trattandosi di un argomento lunghetto ne parlerò più avanti nello specifico!
Modella d’eccezione è stata Laura di Non Solo Kawaii, notoria tra noi blogger per la sua insistenza a non farsi fotografare.. quando si parla di karma! 🙂
Lo svolgimento della giornata è stato impeccabile e molto professionale, tanto che ognuna di noi aveva il cartellino con nome e blog per riuscire a riconoscersi facilmente, fattore non da poco se penso alle mie esperienze precedenti.
Devo ammettere poi che sono rimasta affascinata dall’intervento della presidentessa Libera Ciccomascolo, che insieme alla sorella Cinzia (co-titolare) ha creato in poco più di 10 anni un’impero simile. Di certo un’esempio da seguire per una studentessa di marketing come me!
La ciliegina sulla torta è stato il regalino che ci è stato consegnato prima dell’ultimo workshop: un set per creare una manicure perfetta dall’inizio alla fine! Ognuna di noi ha ricevuto dei prodotti diversi, relativi ovviamente alle ultime novità. I miei per la precisione (ve ne parlerò dettagliatamente nei prossimi giorni) sono stati:
- Hand & Body Scentsation nella profumazione Honeysuckle & Pink Grapefruit (Caprifoglio e Pompelmo Rosa)
- Cuticle Eraser
- Solar Oil
- Stickey Anchoring Base Coat
- Air Dry Fast-Set Top Coat
- The Plum Truffle Collection (Colour 585 +Effect 586)
- Effect 24K Sparkle (della The Look Fall / Winter 2011)

Bellissimo evento, mi è dispiaciuto tanto non esserci, ma mi consolo leggendo le vostre “cronache smaltate”. Mi piacerebbe tantissimo vedere all’opera il Cuticle Eraser (sono alla ricerca del prodotto perfetto reperibile in Italia)

@maisenzasmalto Speriamo che qualcuno si decida a tenere qualche evento nel Nord-Est 🙂
Riguardo al Cuticle Eraser intanto posso dirti che nei centri LadyBird lo trovi 🙂 Andando invece su altri marchi io finora mi sono trovata veramente molto bene con il surrogato di Essence. Non quello a penna, ma proprio la confezione piccolina (è gialla con scritte blu) molto simile ai lucidalabbra, che si usa proprio con il liquido denso 🙂
Ovviamente è un livello nettamente diverso rispetto al CND, però costa molto poco e il suo dovere lo fa discretamente 🙂

Hai ragione, quello Essence non è male (il tubetto vero?) anche se la punta a beccuccio per me è assolutamente inutile. Però vorrei trovare un prodotto magico come il Cuticle Remover della Nfu-Oh, che sto centellinando :)@MissMarlboro

@maisenzasmalto Dici? Io mi ci trovo bene anche per quello! Sarebbe però molto più comoda una punta come quella del Cuticle Remover, finissima e con il foro veramente piccolo, in modo da non sprecare prodotto. Non so che problema tu ci trovi con il beccuccio, ma per me il principale è sempre quello di fare fuoriuscire più prodotto del necessario!

@MissMarlboro Sì viene fuori una quantità inimmaginabile di gel. Il beccuccio non mi piace come “strumento”, come scrivono loro, per spingere le cuticole. Il bastoncino di legno gli dà dieci a zero, secondo me…
