E’ domenica e piove: quale miglior momento per mettersi alla prova con un bel progettino DIY? Il tutorial di questa volta è di Erica (aka Caught On A Whim), e insegna a creare una simpaticissima pochette a forma di libro.
Qui sotto passo dopo passo una traduzione (riassunta) del tutorial!
Materiale necessario:
- un libro
- tessuto (per esterno e fodera interna)
- ago, filo, forbice, taglierino
- fibbietta (per la chiusura)
- carta da forno
- colla ad acqua (Mod Podge o Vinavil)
- colla per tessuto
- colla per legno o metallo (dipendentemente dal materiale della fibbia)
1. Ricoprire la copertina del libro con il tessuto
2. Ritagliare la cavità interna, con l’aiuto di un taglierino o una forbice
3. Tagliare un pezzo di stoffa della fodera, ed incollarla nel lato interno della copertina, in modo da creare il fondo della cavità
4. Dividere il libro in 3 sezioni utilizzando la carta da forno: un foglio andrà posizionato esattamente a metà, mentre gli altri a circa 10 pagine dalla copertina
5. Con la colla spennellare il lato esterno delle due sezioni centrali, in modo da incollare le pagine. Sarà necessario ripetere l’operazione più volte, lasciando al tutto il tempo per asciugare
6. Con l’ago bucherellare il bordo delle sezioni di 10 pagine
7. Ritagliare sulla stoffa la forma dell’inserto che resterà visibile quando la pochette sarà aperta
8. Cucine gli inserti al blocco da 10 pagine, ed incollare questo al blocco più grande
9. Quando tutto è asciutto, incollare il blocco più piccolo alla copertina
10. Incollare infine la fibbietta
Lo ammetto non è proprio il più semplice dei tutorial, ma è innegabile che sia di grande effetto. Che dite, lo provereste?
