Le scarpe posturali, dette anche scarpe fitness dimagranti, sono state una delle novità più chiacchierate degli ultimi 2 anni. Proposte da Reebok (Easy Tone), Sketchers (Shape Ups)e MBT sono delle running basse il cui scopo è la tonificazione della muscolatura ed il miglioramento della postura, sfruttando una costante instabilità creata mediante l’inserimento di particolari cuscinetti nella suola.
Funzionano davvero? Per quanto riguarda il fattore dimagrimento ancora i pareri sono discordanti. I muscoli sono sicuramente più tonici, e i miglioramenti sembrano evidenti a chi soffre di vene varicose, ma se iniziamo a parlare di cellulite e in generale di grasso in eccesso il risultato sembra dipendere in maniera preponderante da alimentazione e attività fisica. In effetti non è normale aspettarsi da un solo paio di scarpe lo stesso effetto di dieta e palestra!
Sembrano invece essere confermati i benefici alla postura, anche se poco ancora si sa su eventuali effetti collaterali.

io uso le sheckers, ho preso un classico modello nero e non sono meno carine di qualsiasi altra scarpa da ginnastica. da quando le ho messe faccio fatica a mettere altre scarpe, le ho sempre addosso °°

nel senso di tonificazione? facendo già ginnastica/yoga è difficile da stabilire. sicuramente si sente il muscolo di tutta la gamba che è in tiro e tenendole sempre quando faccio ginnastica/cammino le gambe lavorano di più. la postura quella sì, è migliorata in modo stabile (però ripeto, faccio anche yoga).

Io pensavo proprio per quello! Anch’io vado già regolarmente in palestra, e mi chiedevo se effettivamente aumentassero l’effetto della ginnastica dal punto di vista di cellulite (visto che alla fine dovrebbero migliorare la circolazione) e della postura.

Ah ok, allora te le consiglio perché sì, il lavoro sui muscoli aumenta! anche facendo una semplice camminata ho notato che facevo più fatica all’inizio, quindi aumentano l’allenamento 😉

ah, ti sconsiglio però le reebok perché la suola non è basculante quanto quella delle altre marche (ed è proprio il dover mantenere l’equilibrio ciò che fa fungere queste scarpe)
