Ci sono dei momenti in cui mi sento veramente poco donna. Uno di questi riguarda la scelta delle scarpe da ginnastica. Se per un paio di ballerine o di scarpe col tacco la scelta può portare via anche solo 10 minuti, quando si tratta di scarpe per la palestra il problema si fa decisamente più grande.
Di che colore prenderle? Di che marca? Meglio una suola più flessibile, anti-scivolo o che ammortizzi al massimo? Scarpe da corsa o scarpe tonificanti? Scelte ovviamente non da poco, anche perchè hanno a che fare oltre che con l’estetica anche con la salute.
Come scegliete le vostre scarpe da ginnastica?

Io mi son fatta consigliare direttamente dal commesso del Decathlon perchè, come te, non ne capisco niente… Ho optato per delle Reebok che ammortizzano in quanto ho problemi alla zona lombare! Cmq l’importante è che siano del numero giusto e che siano comode se no vedi i sorci verdi…!PS finalmente riesco a commentare, non posso crederci!

Io adesso mi dedicherò al puro valore estetico credo.. non nel senso che le prenderò a caso, ma tenendo conto che dal punto di vista delle caratteristiche fisiche so già cosa voglio. (Se potessi ricomprerei quelle che ho adesso e che si stanno distruggendo, ma non le producono più dal 2006 -.-).
Personalmente sono alla ricerca di queste caratteristiche:
– suola antiscivolo
– pianta flessibile e leggermente ammortizzata
– media altezza alla caviglia per mantenerla ferma
Penso che mi spingerò quindi su un modello simile a quello di Adidas che è in alto a sinistra (rosa) nella foto!

@MissMarlboro Beh sì diciamo che anche l’occhio vuole la sua parte, quelle che ho preso io (e che ho usato due volte, maledetta pigrizia) sono molto simili alle Adidas in basso a sx… A pari caratteristiche però, avrei scelto senza ombra di dubbio quelle rosa!
