L’inoltrarsi della Primavera e l’inizio dell’Estate, solitamente nel mio mondo corrispondono all’abbandono della palestra in favore di lunghe passeggiate al parco con le amiche: decisamente più rilassanti e divertenti. Le scarpe da ginnastica sono ovviamente fondamentali: devono essere adatte al piede, all’attività svolta e ad eventuali problemi fisici. Siamo ragazze però, e anche l’estetica ha il suo peso: è innegabile come il paio di scarpe giuste ci faccia sentire pronte a conquistare il mondo (o a bruciare quelle calorie in più).
Per quest’anno il rosa è uno dei trend principali, declinato da tonalità più shocking a nuance più scure e tendenti al rosso carminio. Il mio modello preferito? Sicuramente Luna Forever 4 di Nike, con inserti lucidi e traforati, e dettagli tono su tono.
