E’ tempo anche questa domenica per la Ricetta Light che avete “votato” di più questa settimana su Facebook: oggi abbiamo dei Tortini al Salmone, da servire come se fossero degli hamburger come secondo, oppure in piccoli porzioni alla stregua di finger food o antipasti.
La ricetta originale è di Luisana Suegart aka The Fit Cook, un blog di cucina dedicato a chi vuole perdere peso o semplicemente godersi piatti appaganti pur tenendo d’occhio la linea.
Ecco la ricetta tradotta in Italiano, con le nostre unità di misura. Che dite, la proverete?
Tortini al Salmone
- 350 g di Salmone (2 filetti)
- 30 g di Peperone Rosso (a pezzetti)
- 1 Cipolla piccola
- 1 cucchiaio di Mayonese (o yogurt greco)
- 2 cucchiaini di Senape
- 1 Bianco d’Uovo
- 1 Mezzo Limone (spremuto)
- Sale (Pepe & Olio d’Oliva)
- Scaldare mezzo cucchiaio d’olio in una padella a fuoco medio. Aggiungere cipolla e peperone e cucinare fino a che non sono leggermente dorati. Versarli quindi in una terrina.
- Aggiungere un altro mezzo cucchiaio di olio alla padella. Condire con sale e pepe i due filetti di salmone e cuocerli circa 3 minuti per lato. Spezzettare il salmone e trasferirlo nella terrina con cipolla e peperoni.
- Aggiungere mayonese, senape, il bianco d’uovo e il succo di limone, e mescolare con un cucchiaio di legno. Mettere tutto in freezer per circa 15 minuti.
- Creare dei tortini con il salmone, pressandoli leggermente in modo che non si spezzino nella padella. Cuocerli quindi per circa 5 minuti, usando un altro mezzo cucchiaio di olio.
